Dr. Erica Dallas brings over fifteen years of experience as an early childhood educator and six years as a consultant specializing in culturally responsive, relevant, and sustaining pedagogy, diversity, equity & inclusion, and CLASS, DRDP, and ERS/ECERS methodologies. Dr. Dallas earned her PhD in Education and holds a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.
Her career spans various roles, including registered behavior technician, preschool program director, child life coach, culturally responsive practices & DEI consultant, military childcare teacher, and student data analyst for state-funded programs. Dr. Dallas’s passion for early childhood education is reflected in her comprehensive understanding and dedication to the field. Driven by a commitment to excellence, Dr. Dallas is dedicated to guiding individuals and organizations toward diversity, equity, and inclusion along with the integration of culturally responsive pedagogy. She believes in fostering positive partnerships and achieving meaningful outcomes.
